This year the Four Corners Energy Conference is utilizing a fully digital badge system. No paper badges, no printed forms — everything runs on your phone.

Register in under 2 minutes, get your personal QR code, and use it to connect with exhibitors all day long. The conference will open at 8 AM both days, 5/6 will end at 5 PM and 5/7 at 2 PM.

Step 2 — Get Your Badge

After registering, your unique QR code appears on your phone screen. This is your digital badge for the entire event — no printing needed.

Step 3 — Visit Booths

Walk up to any exhibitor booth and let them scan your QR code. Each scan logs a visit and enters you into the gift card contest!

Every exhibitor booth scan counts as a visit. The attendee with the highest visit count at the end of the event wins a gift card. Check your progress anytime in the Passport tab of the attendee app.

How It Works

1. Register on your phone

Scan the QR code or visit the URL above. Fill in your name, company, and job title — takes about 2 minutes.

2. Show your QR badge to exhibitors

Open the app and tap "Show My QR Badge." Hold your screen up — the exhibitor scans it with their phone.

3. Collect passport stamps

Every scan logs a visit in your 🗺 Passport tab. Watch your count grow throughout the day!

4. Win the gift card

The attendee with the most booth visits at the end of the event wins. Check the leaderboard on your way out!

What Exhibitors See When They Scan You

Exhibitors see the following from your profile — only when you show them your QR code:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
LinkedIn profile

Company & job title
Industry / sector
Your stated interests
Lead score

Privacy: Your info is only shared when you physically show your QR code. Exhibitors cannot look you up without scanning your screen.

Tips for the Day

Pre-register before May 6 — your badge will be ready the moment you arrive
If you close the app, tap "My Badge" to bring your QR code back
Tap the 🗺 Passport tab anytime to check your visit count and leaderboard position
