Exhibitor Guidelines & Need-to-Know Info
To ensure a smooth, professional, and safe experience for everyone, exhibitors are expected to follow the guidelines below:
Exhibitor Conduct & Courtesy
All exhibitors are expected to treat volunteer committee members with courtesy and respect at all times.
Instructions from Convention Service of the Southwest, McGee Park staff, and the Four Corners Energy Conference Committee must be followed.
Conference Admission

The Four Corners Energy Conference is open to individuals 18 years of age and older who are employed in the energy industry or affiliated businesses.

Attendees should be prepared to show company identification, a business card, or wear a recognizable company uniform for admission.

Pets are not allowed. Certified service animals are welcome.

There is no admission fee to attend the conference.
Booth Attendance

All booths must be physically manned from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6 and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7
Booth Teardown
-
Exhibits may not be dismantled before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7.

Early breakdown is not permitted. Per the exhibitor agreement, failure to comply will result in a 25% penalty of the total contracted booth fee.
Safety & Equipment Use

Safety is our top priority! Please proceed with caution during setup and teardown.

Ensure all personnel operating equipment are qualified and authorized to do so.
Alcohol Policy

No outside alcohol or open containers are permitted during exhibit hours.
